If appropriate, I provide a clear scope, timeline, and investment outline. Transparent and straightforward.

Engagement

I engage quickly—often within one to two weeks. Urgent matters can begin sooner.

Delivery

Most mandates run between three and twelve months. I remain until the situation is stabilised, structured, and sustainable, then hand over to permanent leadership or assist in appointing it.

Investment

Engagements are structured on either a retained advisory or project basis. Mandates typically run from one month to three, six or twelve months depending on the nature of the work. Fees reflect the seniority, discretion and depth required, and are discussed openly in our first conversation.

About Natalie

I am Natalie Alberta Dusey, a seasoned adviser with over twenty-two years of experience and an international background across creative ventures, owner-led enterprises, private equity and family offices.

I am brought in as part of leadership — by founders, families, and boards navigating consequential moments. My role is to step in, think with you, bring structure, while the principal focuses on what only they can do.

At Meet The People, I co-founded an advertising group backed by $150 million in private equity, serving as Global Chief of Staff through the integration of eight brands across ten agencies — building a sustainable operating model, a collaborative ecosystem, and earning industry recognition.

At Spring Studios, I served on the Executive Committee as Company Secretary and Head of HR, leading governance, people operations, and change management across three jurisdictions.

At IQ-EQ, I delivered governance and company secretarial services to investment funds, listed companies, and family offices across 23 jurisdictions, including building a pre-IPO project management offering in the UK.

I hold the Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute (ACG) designation and am a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.

You work directly with me. Where the mandate calls for it, I introduce carefully selected partners — legal counsel, tax advisers, technology specialists, or crisis professionals — coordinated under a single accountable structure.
